Was overcharged at a quilt show 4 months ago. Sent 3 emails asking for a refund. Was ignored, so I cc'd quilt show organizers on my 4th email. Owner called & was nasty & sarcastic about the whole thing! Completely unprofessional & no customer service. Buy from somebody else!
